General Security Awareness (GSAT)
Anyone requiring unescorted access to the Critical Part of an airport must hold a valid GSAT certificate. Our instructors are fully approved by the Department for Transport to deliver this mandatory training.
The course covers the current threat to aviation, the objectives of aviation security, and the specific role each trainee plays in protecting the airport. We ensure every candidate understands how to recognise suspicious items and the exact actions required upon discovery.
Access Control & Prohibited Articles
Security is the foundation of airport operations. Our training modules dive deep into the protection of restricted zones and the strict protocols of access control. We provide clear, practical instruction on identifying prohibited articles and understanding the aims of potential threats.
By the end of the session, staff are equipped with the knowledge to maintain a secure perimeter and respond effectively to any security breach or suspicious activity on site.
Ground Handling & Supervisor Levels
Beyond basic awareness, we provide specialized security training for ground handling teams. This includes Level 1 for general operatives (3-day classroom based) and Level 2 for supervisors, which combines classroom theory with on-the-job training. We also offer Triple “A” training for specific aviation needs.
